Cancel a subscription

You can cancel at any time.

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the My Subscriptions section.
  2. Click Manage current plan to start the cancellation process.

Request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with the account, and Bolt’s support team will process your request.

Incorrect plan information after upgrade

If you upgrade to Pro, but still see your account as Personal or Free, try logging out and logging back in again and see if this fixes the issue.

Discounts

Bolt doesn’t offer discounts due to the high cost of AI compute time.

Legacy ($9) plans

Bolt will grandfather $9 plans in at that rate, but token refreshes will cost more. We encourage users to upgrade to get more tokens at a better price.

Manage corporate billing details

Bolt supports adding business billing details on Teams and Enterprise plans. The best way to add billing details to Pro plan invoices is using a free PDF editor.

For Teams and Enterprise plans:

  1. Go to the relevant GitHub or StackBlitz team URL:

    For a Github linked team: https://stackblitz.com/orgs/github/TEAM_NAME_HERE/billing

    For a StackBlitz only team: https://stackblitz.com/orgs/custom/TEAM_NAME_HERE/billing

  2. Click All Invoices to go to the Stripe billing portal.

  3. Click Update Information in the billing section.
