You can add Bolt to the home screen of your iPhone or Android phone to open your projects in one tap. When you launch Bolt from your home screen, it opens in full screen.

Add Bolt from the install card

When Bolt shows the Install Bolt on your phone card in the chat, tap Install. If your browser supports it, your phone asks you to confirm. If it doesn’t, Bolt shows the steps for your device.

Add Bolt on an iPhone

  1. In Safari, tap the ••• button, and then tap Share.
  2. Tap Add to Home Screen. If you don’t see it, tap View More.
  3. Keep Open as Web App turned on, and then tap Add.

Add Bolt on an Android phone

  1. In Chrome, tap the three-dot menu at the top right.
  2. Tap Install app. Some phones call this option Add to Home screen.
  3. Tap Install to confirm.
